Order Processing
Once your purchase is completed and payment is successfully processed, our team immediately begins preparing and packaging your order. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping transit times you see at checkout.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on the fulfillment center location where your item is currently stocked: 
  • US Warehouse: If the product is dispatched from our United States facility, shipping is estimated to take between 2 to 6 business days.
  • Overseas Warehouse (China): If the product is dispatched from our international facility, shipping is estimated to take between 3 to 15 business days. 
Please note that these delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed (p. 2).
Shipping Disclaimer & Delays
United Pet Shop is committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for any delivery delays, failures, or disruptions caused by the third-party logistics or courier companies handling the transport (p. 2). Once the package is handed over to the carrier, transit times are entirely under their control (p. 2).
